Hinterland Honey is gathered from hives placed throughout the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, where mountain wildflowers, native eucalypts and seasonal subtropical blooms create a naturally bright, well-rounded honey with a gentle fruity twist. Smooth and versatile, it carries the freshness and warmth of the hinterland landscape.

We work with independent beekeepers across the region who follow the flowering cycles through its valleys, forests and ridgelines. Each harvest brings subtle variations, yet always holds the balanced, floral character this honey is known for.
