Hinterland Honey is our signature expression of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, a landscape shaped by fertile valleys, subtropical forests and the iconic Glass House Mountains that rise sharply over the land. This region is known for its abundance, and the honey gathered here reflects that richness. Mountain wildflowers, native eucalypts and seasonal subtropical blooms contribute to its naturally bright character and gentle fruity twist.

To maintain quality and consistency, we work with several independent beekeepers across the hinterland who place their hives throughout this varied terrain. From ridge-top forests to sheltered gullies, each part of the landscape brings its own flavour notes, yet every harvest remains true to the freshness, warmth and quiet vitality of the region we call home.
