Returns Policy for Hive & Harvest
At Hive & Harvest, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that sometimes, an item might not meet your expectations, or you might change your mind. While we hope you adore every honey product you order from us, we have laid down a few guidelines to make the return process smoother:
Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will replace it at no extra cost to you. We ask that you provide photos of the damaged product to assist us with quality control.
Non-Honey Products: If you are not fully satisfied with any non-honey product you receive, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
Honey Returns: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on honey products unless they were received damaged. If your honey product arrived damaged, please refer to point 1 above.
- Contact our customer service team at email@example.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and an address for returning the item.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent to you.
- After receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a non-honey product, the same return conditions apply. Please notify us of the item you would like in exchange, and once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will send out the replacement.
