Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

Everything happens in the pricing tool above. Slide to your quantity, choose ready-made or custom labels, and add your jars to cart. Custom orders include a digital proof of your design, emailed to you for approval before anything is printed.

What is the difference between ready-made and custom labels?

Ready-made jars carry our classic designs, are priced lower and ship sooner. Custom jars are designed around you: your names or initials, your date, your colours and a message if you'd like one, on whichever of our four label designs suits your day. If your wedding is close, ready-made is the quicker path.

Can I see one before I order?

Yes, in two ways. Order a two-jar sample for $12 to hold the jar and taste the honey in person before you commit. Then for custom labels, we email you a digital proof showing your names, date and palette on your chosen design, and nothing goes to print until you approve it. If you'd like to talk through your ideas first, send us an enquiry and we'll help you choose.

Can I put our names and date on the label?

Yes, that's exactly what the custom path is for. Choose a label design in the tool above, type your names or initials and your date, and pick your palette. You can add a short message too, one of ours or your own wording, and we'll set it all beautifully in your proof.

How does pricing work for larger orders?

Pricing is tiered, so your price per jar drops as your quantity rises. The full table is built into the pricing tool above. For a quantity between tiers, we match the nearest tier below, so an order of 50 jars is priced at the 40-jar rate.

Do wedding orders ship free?

Yes. Free shipping is included on all Honey Petite wedding favour orders.

How far ahead should I order?

For custom labels, allow at least 3 to 4 weeks before your date for design, printing and delivery. Ready-made orders ship sooner. Need it faster? Reach out, we can often accommodate rush orders, though express post costs may apply.

What size are the jars?

Each 85g Honey Petite is about 75mm high and 42mm wide, a compact size that sits beautifully at a place setting. The labels are removable, so guests can reuse or recycle the jar afterwards.

Can we add honey dippers?

Yes. Our mini wooden dippers come in packs of 10 and tie neatly onto the jars with ribbon or twine for a finished look on your tables.

How should guests store the honey?

Honey is naturally shelf-stable. Kept sealed in a cool, dry spot out of direct sunlight, it stays lovely long after the day.

Where does the honey come from?

Raw, wildflower & eucalyptus honey from beehives located throughout the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, where wildflowers and mountain eucalyptus give it a rich, floral character. Packed in small batches.
