Frequently Asked Questions

It's because our bees are happy, healthy and have the best nectar available to them.

At Hive & Harvest Farm we have filled the property with an abundance of native & exotic flora, such as citrus orchards, melaleucas & eucalypts.

Our other apiaries are also in diverse floral ecosystems, and we only source honey from our beekeeping partners who meet the highest standards.

Raw honey means that when processing honey we don't apply high heat. We keep our honey in its natural state ensuring it retains the natural taste and healthy properties it is known for.

Crystallisation is a natural process and your honey is fine. In fact, if your honey has crystallised this means it is natural unpasteurized honey.

You can reverse the process by resting your honey in the sun or in some warm water for 24 hours.

When we harvest honey from our beehives we keep that harvest as one 'batch' which is packaged into our single origin honey jars.

This gives our customers the opportunity to taste honey exactly how the bee's have prepared and stored it in their hives. Each batch is unique and reflects the taste of the surrounding flowering trees and plants. This is why we say this honey is 'From Hive to Home'.

We dispatch your order within 1 business day and you should expect it to be delivered within 5 business days, subject to capacity of our trusted couriers.

When sending your orders we use both national courier services and Australia Post, depending on who offers the best service to your location.
