We call our big 1kg glass jar of honey 'Sunshine' as it is our raw local honey from the Sunshine Coast. We keep bees spread throughout the Sunshine Coast and also work with our beekeeping mates from around the Sunny Coast to source the best tasting honey. Due the the nutrient dense soil surrounding the Glass House Mountains, the region has a healthy and generous flora that our bees love.
