Beekeeper’s Notes: A Taste of South East Queensland

Sunshine Honey is our generous 1kg jar of raw local honey gathered from hives placed throughout South East Queensland. The honey in each jar reflects the seasonal flows and the floral landscapes that are producing most strongly at the time. It is raw, local and naturally expressive of the region.

We keep bees across South East Queensland and also work with independent beekeepers to maintain a steady supply throughout the year. This region’s fertile soils, subtropical climate and abundant flowering plants give Sunshine Honey its naturally generous flavour and character.

Made for daily rituals, Sunshine Honey is perfect for drizzling over fresh bread, stirring into tea or coffee, cooking, baking or simply enjoying by the spoonful. A simple, golden reminder of the place we call home.
