Honeycomb is pure raw honey in its most natural state. Biting into a chunk of fresh honeycomb is a rare experience in modern times, but this is how humans have enjoyed this natural product for thousands of years.
Each piece of honeycomb is a minimum of 400g, cut straight from the frame and sealed away for freshness. Honeycomb can be eaten straight up, as an addition to your cheeseboard, in a fruit platter, or with fresh bread and butter. However you use it, you will love it!
This batch of honeycomb is produced from the beehives at our Hive & Harvest farm at Maleny in South East Queensland. These bees have recently been enjoying the diverse range of floral resources on our farm and the surrounding national park including macadamia, blue quandong & tallowwood eucalyptus.
