Nestled along the meandering Gold Creek in Brookfield at the bottom of Mt Coot-tha, the bees that created this honey are spoilt for choice in this dry eucalypt forest. Mt. Coot-tha is home to around 450 native plant species including various gums, ironbarks, wattles and acacias.
Combined with the gardens of the neighbouring properties and the macadamia plantation right on their doorstep, it’s no surprise this honey is so delicious.
No additives, unprocessed, and straight to you as the bees intended – from hive to home.
